Staple in Albany Bread..

<p>On the 4th February 2017 I found a staple in a slice of Albany bread. I reported the matter, two days later a courier was sent to fetch the slice of bread. I was asked to wait for three weeks for feed back and to date I've heard nothing. Calling the Customer care line is pointless cause they merely promise to escalate the matter but nothing happens.</p> <p>The service level for such a matter is pathetic</p> <p> </p>
