Stale tinkies?

<p>I bought a box of tinkies from Pick n Pay Phoenix and when I took them home and my family had opened them, the tinkies were hard and obviously stale. I looked at the expiry date and it had a label showing best before March 2017. So why wasnt there a stamped expiry date on it? That label look like it was put there by Pick n Pay.</p> <p>Are these retailers trying to lie to us?</p>
