SPOILT PURITY POUCH

On the 16th I bought a purity pouch and noticed that it was rotten at the bottom after my 1 year old has consumed 80% of it, I lodged a compliant via email, spoke to them on the phone and received a verbal "apology" and tiger brands pretended to care and promised to come pick up the sample of the rotten goods for testing, its been a week and I can imagine how spoilt the product is already. Tiger brands doesnt care at all. How many children has consumed that bad batch and they are not doing anything about it. Tiger brands is a sinking ship and they want to take our children with. Our kids have turned tiger brands guinea ***s and its unfortunate that we as parents will bare the brand of their negligence.
