SPOILED FOOD NO HELP FROM TIGERBRANDS

i ordered peanutbutter BLACK CAT from JMAKRO 6 weeks ago . the peanut butter had weird white bubbles in it looked contaminated . i requested assistance FOM TIGER BRANDS .I sent them a email every other day . nobody got back to me . not a email . not a call . no sms . nothing . i still send emails hoping for a answer or ANY ASSISTANCE
