Whom It May Concern. I am writing to report a severe food safety issue with one of your products. On 02 June 2026, I purchased SPAGHETTI from SHOPRITE BARA MALL. While consuming the product today, I discovered a worms inside.As my girlfriend is currently 28 weeks pregnant, this contamination has caused me significant distress and immediate health concerns for my girlfriend pregnancy. I have taken clear photographs and saved the physical evidence, including the packaging with the batch code. I expect a prompt and urgent investigation into how this quality and safety failure occurred.
