Soapy Cereal bars and no feedback from tiger.

I recently bought two boxes of 5 Jungel Serial bars. The cereal bars did not expire, but it taste like soap. On the 7th of February, I did inform Tiger brands - all details were provided that were asked, and I even provided a photo of the batch and serial numbers. Feedback was promised within 72 working hours. To promise to provide feedback within 2 weeks indicates that there are such a much of customers' complaints they struggle to answer everybody. Long story short - up to date no feedback was provided. Please don't waste your money on tiger brands - they dont care about customers
