Snail/Worms in Purity pouches

My name is Kaylon Pandaram and I am really disappointed and upset with Tiger brands as I am a loyal customer of the purity pouch brand as I have a 10 month old baby girl that enjoys it. I made my weekly purchase of pouches from my local clicks store on the 14th of Feb and on Saturday the 17th of Feb while preparing to feed my baby I discovered what seems to be something that looks like snails in the purity food. As a concerned father I have emailed and contacted tiger brands to inform them of this discovery and my utmost disappointment in there product however I've got no joy yet. Please advise me on the process to take going forward to make other parents aware and take Tiger brands to task as this Is really not on.
