Sloppy Tiger Brands ignoring their rotten Morvite

I’m really dissatisfied with the service I received from Tiger brands after reporting that the Morvite I had bought was rotten. I wrote to them in June in their Facebook DMs but the did not do anything. 3 packets of the product were not consumable and that was way before their expiring date. I attached the photos and videos but still no call or action from their end. I had to post on my timeline, I got a response but still nothing. This is unbelievable.
