Slimy,scaly greenish substance in Purity squeeze

I was about to give my 6 month old daughter a snack as usual. Which would have been Purity squeeze. So my nanny chose the mix berry flavor which happened to be her favorite this that dreadful day. Fortunately, a few days earlier last week Saturday. Not the one of the 7th ,the one before I had advised her to please not ever feed her from the bottle but squeeze to her dish. On this day I think it was 4th Aug 2021,she squeezed into her bowl n something mould like or almost a fish skin like substance also fell into the very bowl from the content. She rushed to show me and I lost it,thinking. What if I had fed her that unknown substance from the container. What is that thing? Also after calling them to lodge a complain a gentleman by the name of Carl assisted me as though I'm being ridiculous. At the end of the call she refused to provide me his full name and surname saying it's not necessary. Instead proceeded to give me a whatsup number for me to send them images of that watery slimy thing.. ... I'm so disgusted and utterly disappointed in #Purity. To think this is my 3rd child and have only used their products since 2007 with my first child. So now I'm still stuck with their disgusting thing in my fridge as it was the long weekend and the informed me they will only come for it today/tomorrow. Let's wait n see. I have images of this in my fridge as I'm typing this. Imagine. The thought of someone mistakenly feeding their child from content. Please assist,maybe this can save a child.
