Shocking Service

I sent this email to Tiger Brands after trying to contact thei Customer Care Line with not success and even this has not received a response as yet. I am very unhappy with the box I’ve just bought and using which expires May 2021 There are lots of black things in it and also it is not as creamy as the last times I ate it. I always buy these oats for years and cannot believe how bad this quality is. Tried your customer care line but holding on far too long with no success.
