Rude receptionist

I called Tiger brands receptionist and asked to speak to One of the employees of Tiger brands, the manager of Tiger brands and was highly disapointed that the recptionist did not have an extension list and inturn told me why I dont have his numbers and why I dont call him on his cell numbers, Its obvious that his cell phone was on voice mail the nerve and audacity of this receptionist If she so doesn't love her job why in heavens name is she employed as a receptionist at Tiger brands I am highly disappointed at such rudeness that she depicted at me. She needs to ship out with that tone and mannerism of hers, I figured receptionist should be welcoming to people, I would appreciate it If Tiger brands would deeal with this rudeness, thank you not happy at all, she left a bitter taste in my mouth.
