RUDE & AGGRESSIVE TIGER BRAND REP

On 19 April 2016, as per everyday, I stopped at Shoprite Southgate to purchase bread, etc. Again as per usual the bread on the shelf was older than a day with the fresh bread always being stash away at the back ;note I have complained about this to the 2 store managers who promised to attend to it but obviously did nothing about it . Also note the reason for me being so pedantic about buying fresh bread is that my kids do not consume older bread since they indicate that there is a difference in taste and texture. <br> <br> I saw a Tiger Brand employee in the store (and since the store managers did nothing) I probed the rep about the matter. I can not recall his first response but I than queried jokingly with the exact words, \...you reckon I must buy old bread?\"<br> <br> Maluleka than rep**** rudely, \"...YOU CAN WHATEVER BREAD YOU WANT\". I indicated that I am going to the matter and he rep**** that, \"he does not care and is not afraid\". He also came across as wanting to intimidate me as well as showing aggression towards me.<br> <br> So another query to Tiger Brand, \"are these your values as your representatives are not professional to handle a query but to respond with violent conduct?\""
