ROTTEN ready to eat rice

In October last year warmed up two bags of the savory chicken rice. When I opened them the one smelt funny so emptied it into a dish and it was a rotten stinking sludgy mess whilst the other was perfectly fluffy. Contacted Tastic via facebook and they have been promising since then to have someone contact me. Needless to say to date, more than 4 months later and nothing. I keep contacting them and they keep promising contact, the last time they even said someone will get hold of me about the competition LOL. What competition? Do they not read messages or look at trail of correspondence.
