Rotten products

On the 31st October 2020 it was on Saturday my mom went to Pick n Pay ( Tshwane Regional Mall) to buy a 4 pack of Baked Beans in tomato sauce.The following day when she opened the pack there were dead worms all over the tins. She went back to the shop to return them and she was refunded her money back. I've emailed Tiger brands informing them about their product that was bought and it was rotten,i even attached pictures of the product. They took time to respond to my email I even left them my contacts. After they contacted me I was send a R20 off voucher on the next purchase. My worry is they don't bother to compensate the loss of money that she used on returning back their rotten product.Even the local fare is not R20.
