Purity Baby Cereal Quality Is Horrible

I previously purchased 4 boxes of Purity Cereal boxes for my son and i was disappointed by the quality of the food bought, the color is darker than normal, the texture is also not the way its supposed to be. When i add the cereal to the warm formula it becomes too hard and i add water gradually the cereal multiplies and fills up the bowl making it harder to feed the baby. I sent tigerbrands an email and they promised to investigate and feedback but there they havent even gotten back to me and its been a month. Yesterday i went to buy the cereal again thinking maybe those products were recalled and the correct ones are supp**** to the store but it looks like i was fooling myself i bought 2 boxes but still i came across the same issue. Can Tigerbrands please fix their mess. This food is meant for kids but my question is how safe are they if the supplier is this irresponsible and can't produce good quality on their baby foods.
