Provident fund disgrace

I am Rodwyn Pearce with ID number ***.I worked for Tiger brands for 5-6 years.I unfortunatlly lost my job 5 months ago and still waiting for my provident fund to be paid up.Everytime I querie its told that they waiting for discovery.I heard it can take only 30 days for payout but I've been waiting for 5 months.Even my HR Mampo she confirmed you only wait 3 to 4 months which I find ridiculous however waiting period is 30 days.I am currently unemployed and have children to feed.I get calls everyday from my accounts and how am I suppose to pay my accounts if you don't pay my money.There was no delays with firing me and my provident fund was paid in every month on time.its November almost December and still waiting for my money.I have children to sort out and I really don't think it's fair.Can someone please sort this out as I think i have been waiting long enough.My contact number is ***.Alternative ***
