Profit over Customer Service

Late November 2023, I purchased a 10kg Tastic rice. No matter what timing option I used, the rice was like porriage. I contacted Tiger Brand in December & customer service wanted the barcode & other details which I sent. Then total silence. Then further email was sent, same information was requested, which I again supp**** & i was promised that the rice & package will be collected for testing.... Righ up unitl today, no communication on the upliftment.
