product not up to standards!

My mum purchased three 2kg tastic rice,the rice for some reason is not grainy like how it used to be,instead its soft as allsome rice n grains are much longer.the rice is soft no matter how little time you boil it.you can also contact her on the landline number which is *** after 5pm.kind regards!
