Poor service

I bought Golden ClOud selfraising flour in September. The flour was full of Mytes, i phoned customer care on 29 September. Reference number TB*** I provide the photos, till slip and all details on whatsapp. Iphoned on 5 October, 13 October and today 21 October without any response. The lady told me to put the flour in the garage in a black bag. It cost me petrol qnd extra money to replace the flour and many phone calls without success
