Poor Quality/ No transparency

All I can say about this brand now is that it has dropped for being the best to terrible. This guys have made a very sound customer base. Hence they opted to use low grade maize to continue making their product. What irritates more is that you decided to use this sub grade maize and not have the decency of communicating this info to us consumers.

I wish I could know where can we a s consumers can go and lay a charge against this company.
