Poor quality, Mite infected products.

I bought 5 x Lion Popcorn from Giant Hyper that was infected with mites. After they where unwilling to help, and I was chased away from them I contacted Tiger Brands and Whatsapp all of the info and photo's. But they only send me a R 40 voucher, not even enough to replace 2 of the 5 packs I bought, and now they just don't come back to me anymore???
