Poor Foods of Purity

I contacted purity via their customer service page leaving them a description of the problem I have experienced with their jar foods its been a week and I haven't had anyone contact me back!so I'm never purchasing any of purity's foods because I won't feed my daughter food that's not made properly or should I say foods that have too much of one thing in!the product isn't expired!
