Poor customer service😡😡😡

I reported about their movite in July I then got contacted on the 4th of August and they asked for the pictures I sent them with videos and they gave me the reference number and prom me that I will be contacted within 72 hours until now no one contacted me on the 4th of September I sent them a message again with no help I'm so disappointed with tiger brands
