Poor Customer service

It seems that big business is quick to take our money, but slow to respond when there are difficulties. I bought a product from Tiger Brands which was full of worms. After reporting it I was given a Case number - but that's where the service stopped. I have subsequently written to the customer care email at least twice more with no response whatsoever. Reference TB 217883. A poor show!
