Pipe curved pasta shells not up to standard

Bought a few packets of Fattis and Monis pipe curved pasta shells at Checkers Waverley in Pretoria yesterday. Opened one to cook it and after 8 min when I drained it, I discovered that it was shredded in little pieces. I never stirred it while it was cooking. And I cooked it for the right amount of time which is 8-10 min, like it says on the packet. When it comes to pasta this was the only brand I trusted up until now. I'm willing to pay more for a brand that is well known for its quality, so that is what I expect in return. Not happy at all. Pity that I can't post a picture here of the end result.
