Pathetic Service

I bought Albany white bread from my local pick and pay supermarket on the 12th of December 2023 my child opened the bread and found some kind of species that was baked in the bread slices looked like cocoroach or lizard couldn't tell, then I sent an email to them together with the pictures that I have with no response then I called in for assistance for assistance was advised someone will collect it but no one came then I had to call in again as the bread was in my freezer, then they advised me that they will send someone in 2 to 3 days time, it was collected after 3 days, they also advised they will send it for testing and get back to me in 15 working days it's now the 5th of Febuary with no response they also promised to give a replacement voucher which never happened, I called them again today because I have now another loaf of bread that was moulding but still within the date period, at the end of it all we do not get the bread for free with the high cost of living people struggle to buy bread and milk on a daily basis,and it's not about the money or replacement voucher it's about quality that we pay for and customer service my ref number TB***
