PATHETIC LIES AND INSECT FILLED RICE!

<p>I bought Tastic parboiled rice last week, not even expired! I discovered moving wormy like insects immediately after plaing the rice in water as i was about to cook! Took it back and the retailer couldn't even give me another packet because it seemed like they were all filled with the little wormy things! he ended up advising me to buy a different brand, which I did! Took the matter to Tastic facebook page! even sent them pictures and the video of this ordeal! I could've been poisoned by this for pitsake! They called me and advised that they will look into the matter! They then advised that they will send me a voucher which I should use at Pick n Pay or Shoprite! TODAY I RECEIVE THEIR "VOUCHER" STATING THAT I GET R50 off when buying their PRODUCTS! THE GUY WHO CALLED SAID THE VOUCHER IS FOR APOLOGIZING!!! He didnt say I should go and buy that insect filled rice and celebrate the lousy R50 off!!!??! What is this??? I still have that Video and i am making it PUBLIC! this is utter disrespect! it is pathetic</p>
