Pathetic Customer Service

Tiger brands has the worst customer service 2 minths ago i complained about expired easter eggs i received 1 call stating this would be investigated and to date have received no feedback surely investigation cannot take 2 months, it's like they have no care about consumers!!! Makes one wonder such a big reputable company can't even ensure that customers are kept up-to-date about complaints
