Pathetic Customer Service

I purchased a 10kg Aunt Caroline rice in January 2023, I wrote to Tiger Brands via email on the 13 February 2023 about finding worms in their product. I was asked a host of information and pictures which I sent to them. On the 6 March I received an email that the matter is being investigated and I would receive feedback soon. It's over a month and I still haven't received any feedback. I don't what is more disgusting their product or their "Customer Service" I wish there was a negative star rating.
