Pathetic client service

I am unable to access the web platform for days now, I have trades open, and all the contact touchpoints to IG are useless as there is no answer or response. I had a query before of which I had to find the office in Sandton when I got to the office, it was evident that there were people there as they were seen through the glass doors, but the office door was closed and I stood outside banging the door of which the people inside just ignored until the security of the building helped. When I eventually got in they acted like they couldn't hear a crazy banging at the door, it was just oblivion. Like someone could shoot a bullet into the glass door and they wouldn't care. No matter what problem you face with IG there is never anyone there to assist. Actually pathetic trading platform, no customer care what so ever. Now their web platform doesn't even work and you think that would be some care, but none, no sense of urgency to clients issues.
