Pathetic and probably the grosses brand in South Africa

If a rating of -0 stars was an option thats what I would rate them not only is the customer service pathetic the products are even worse. This is my second time finding a worm in my item first it was the jungle oats now my flour and no one has had the audacity to reach out even with email after email sent. Please Hello Peter allow me to share a video of the worm having a party in Tiger Brands flour. YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
