On 6 December 2020 I send a message via messenger regarding grain wevels and I attached photo's. They only rep**** on 14 December 2020, telling me to send a email to *** witch I did the same day still they did not reply. Then on 28 December 2020 they send me a message on messenger to ask if any one assisted me. Still no one has connected me. So yesterday 5 January 2021 I send a message via there Facebook page still no one contacted or even bothered to reply on my messages.
