Oily and Runny Peanut Butter

I bought 800g Black cat smooth peanut butter and to my suprise when I open it ,it was runny and very oil ( oil was on top ) . I've send complain to Black cat and they've refered me to Tiger Brand . I am very disappointed with their response because according to them it must be that way , I even send pictures nothing happened .
