Not so gummy gummbears!

I bought a packet of gummy bears about 2 weeks ago and to my surprised the bears were all white, ashy and stuck together. Clearly not good enough to eat. I kept my receipt and the packet of bears as I was clearly not a happy customer, when I called in I laid my complaint, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and forthcoming and asked me to send proof of my bears to a tiger brands Whatsapp number in order for the problem to be rectified. The person on the receiving end of the pictures and messages was not helpful at all! Infact I have yet to resolve my problem and quite frankly will not be supporting this brand any longer, due to the bad service. This is not the first time it has happened. In the past I have just thrown the packets away which is why I decided to complain about it now. This is really disappointing and quite frankly unacceptable!
