Not satisfied with service

Good Morning I Purchased a Loaf of Bread a week ago the bread had black spots in it very badly on the whole loaf of bread I reported it to Tiger Brands they called me gave me a WhatsApp number to send pictures of the bread um until now I had no correspondence from Tiger Brands this is what we eat and falls part of our staple diet we shouldn't be paying for bread that is defected where is the companies quality checkers why didn't they pick this up
