Not keeping promises

Tigerbrands call centre called me in april 2015 to compensate me on behalf of beacon, they informed me that a voucher will be posted to me to compensate for the stickers collected from beacon eggs marshmellow with no code to enter the competion,I have not received the vouchers and no one has called me to check if i received the vouchers
