NOT HAPPY AT ALL

It has come with great concern that I have purchased an item filled with water. As per slipped attached, i usually buy kids purity well in advance when there are specials. on 24 January 23 I opened the Purity pouch not realising it was filled to the brim with water. The funny thing is that it was completely sealed as if it came from the factory but when I opened it, clean/ clear water poured out.

I am extremely disappointed at this as Purity has been a trusted brand in my family for many years.

one of your consultants called me on Friday and requested a video of the item. this was send to him. i have since still been waiting for an update.
