Non service

In Nov / Dec last year I purchased a six pack of creamed corn at Makro. When I opened the one tin, there were foreign objects in it. I sent a mail along with pictures to Tigerbrands. They said someone would contact me to collect and discuss but 10 days later and nothing. I am tempted to report to health department.
