No feedback on my complaint

I bought a caramel tinkie from Edgmead Spar on 11/11/2015. There was absolutely NO filling inside the dry sponge cake. The best before date on the packaging is only 23 Jan 2016. Im very disappointed as this has never happened before. I even sent them pictures as proof, but to date, no one had the decency to contact me regarding this. I will never buy any of their products ever again.
