NO CALL BACK.**** COMPETITION PROBABLY TIGERBRANDS

a month ago i called Tiger brands beacon call Centre regarding a competition i filled in. so the reference number on the packet was incorrect and i was therefore advised to call the call centre and i got through to tigerbrands. i spoke to numerous people and i was advised that the lady from the competition department would give me a call back on the same day . unfortunately no one has gotten back to me yet after a month of non stop calling. the only thig the agents say is that they have escalated it 3 times already and that it is out of their hands. lol what a load of *******
