I bought x2 bags of tastic rice the 10kg boilt great today (21/05/2020) when I opened the 2nd bag and boilt it,.. To my surprise it did not raise and some of the rice is still hard and some of it was very soft pap like, I am very disappointed and never thought it will ever happen due to it being a quality rice..
