I am very frastrated about this company called Tigerbrand South Africa. I have been having a pending query since 8th January to-date. Client care of Tigerbrand South Africa is so pathetic in that they lack communication, they don't care about their clients and they can keep you hanging for almost two months. It is so annoying to see such a big Co-operate business like Tigerbrand which one though profecionality and good service is at their finger tips or priority to them is just a bull-wash. I bought Doom household Fumigation twice and none of those bottles were able to work properly. I took video clips of insects moving up and down in my kitchen and send containers plus receipts to them and till today Tigerbrand South Africa is not giving me an update feedback about my query as it has turn to be they are character. I am definitely so flabbergasted and so annoyed with this Company in that they have been taking me from post-to-pillar and even when I was at their Head office in Bryanston it was such a comedy to see somebody to help, let alone that even after I left my details without seeing they manager, they never boarded to call back. You send a mail, they don't respond. I am just up to here with this Company big for nothing. It all started like this with so called former big companies and where are they now? All went down the drain and forgotten, so if Tiger Brands will treat it's clients this way they will soon follow suit.
