Movite porridge insect in the packet

I bought movite porridge, and i found some insect on the pack. I then took pictures and sent tiger brands pictures with my complaint tgey got bsck to me and asked me to WhatsApp the pictures of which i did do s lady called me advised me to keep the porridge they will collect it to investigate 3 months later they still never came. I have sent them several emails and I will just a response that they have escalated to the relevant department even got phone calls until they decided to sent me a voucher saying 'Use WiCode/mobile coupon:***54 at Pick n Pay to get R30 off any ACE Instant;King Korn;Morvite purchase.Valid until 2024/12/28.' I then made contact again advising them that i dont want this voucher, no apology nothing only R30 off like what kind of service is this?

I am no longer buying any of your products.
