Mouldy moisturiser

I purchased a tissue oil moisturiser in November 2021. When I opened the product I found moulds and reported the problem to the company. Tiger Brands responded and wanted more info about the product and I sent a picture with the barcode and required info. Then they wanted a purchase slip and the shop whereI purchased the product but they never bothered to collect the product. I felt the company wanted to interrogate me and hold me accountable for their mess. To date Tiger Brands has never shown any interest in protecting its customers from a mouldy product. The product was never replaced and I lost money.
