Morvite - Sealed package has live worms... TWICE!

I lived in the Drakensberg a few months back, this being 5 hours from where I currently reside, what are the odds right. In the Drakensberg after consuming a portion of the pack of cereal which my kids enjoyed, my husband found worms amongst the cereal and on the inside packet where i had it pegged. <br> <br> This morning, 5 hours away from the Drakensberg, my husband made cereal for my daughter and himself, forgetting the prior worm issue. He chewed his food and felt something flesh like and pulled out a worm. How many worms have my kids ingested! I never bought in between the 2 instances within the 6 months of the first find and now. So out of the 2 packs I've purchased both have been worm infested. How does this happen? And I'm clearly not the only one?! Is this why it's so high in protein? It's a health problem, needs sorting out!
