money invested but not reimbursed

I have decide in February 2021 to take out an investment fund that I would like to have when my son finish his high school.

Sanlam deducted end of February R500.00 as per the agreement but when March came I made a manual deposit to Sanlam and then send proof of payment but it was never allocated to my account.

After numerous phone calls I just decide to withdraw from the fund and go somewhere else.

To my surprise I was reimbursed R4985 and not R1000.I was told to wait until 20-05-2021.

I called them this morning and was told that nothing has been done as the last payment that I made manually was still not allocated.

I am so disappointed as I have Gap cover as well from Sanlam and has not experienced this kind of service before.

Please people be careful who you invest your money with.
