Mole in Purity product

I bought a Purity for my son who was 8 months old then. I opened the the product only to find that it had mole in it and the expiry date was no where close to the product expiring. I made contact with tiger brands company imidietly and I was asked to send all my details and picture's of the product. Which I did, that was in the beginning of March, till today there has been no response from the company. How disgusting and disappointing that this is how they handle their customers.
