Misleading the public

Hi there. Been a big fan of their Beacon Hazel Nut Heavenly chocolate bar until after a while I discovered that there were very few nuts in the bar as in three or four if you were lucky. This went on for a good couple of months and probably still is as I dont buy them anymore because of the above. Misleading the public. If you look at the glossy wrapper it depicts loads of hazel nuts called 'Hazel Heaven'. So I wrote them a email with a copy of one of the wrappers that I bought. You buy them at all the leading retailers. The electronic response said that they would get back to me within 48 working hours. Never did in about three weeks after that. So a month after that sent another email. Still no response..... A very unhappy "Hazel Hell" customer. How can you mislead the public and get away with it.
