Mayonnaise with magotts

I had an issue with the product I bought, I reported it to company send pictures and video via their whatsapp number and batch numbers. The sent courier company to collect. I waited and waited for them to communicate with but they didn't. I started calling them several times with no feedback. Each time I, called the consultant would told that I should have received the response. Now It almost 4 months with any feedback from them. I am tired of calling them. Last time I called the Consultant, she told me that the matter will taken to the Manager.

They gave me a reference number TB***. The matter reported on 22 August 2022, until now waiting for the feedback.
