Maggots in Tastic rice

we bought tastic rice 5 2kgs at shoprite last year may and all of them had maggots unfortunately we noticed after a few people ate and they got stomach bug and tried to contact tastic on facebook with no respond and loads of people complaining about the same thing on their fb reviews, contacted tiger brands by email got automatic response with ref till today no one attended to the matter, tried calling them with no answer.
